I am a Talent Acquisition Partner at Jobdeck, specialising in Food. I have a passion for helping businesses find the right talent to fill their positions.

I have knowledge of the industry and understand the importance of recruiting qualified individuals who are a good fit for each role. Additionally, I possess extensive experience in recruiting, on-boarding, and managing candidates from diverse backgrounds.

In my current role I am responsible for posting job openings on different platforms as well as screening applications while looking for suitable candidates that could potentially become employees. I also facilitate interviews with potential candidates using various interviewing methods such as phone screens or video conferencing tools.

In my free time I volunteer with local organisations that help people find employment opportunities by providing them with job search resources and helping them create resumes or cover letters tailored to their needs. It is very rewarding to be able to help others through the hiring process!
