As a Director at Opta Search I have a track record of delivering talent requirements to small independent laboratories, SMEs, private equity groups and large multinational corporations, across the majority of sub-sectors and functions within the Testing, Inspection, & Certification (TIC) industry.
During my 4+ year career within the recruitment industry I have been fortunate enough to work with some amazing individuals, from engineers to C-suite level executives, either helping them find a new opportunity or helping build their global teams. My consultative, transparent, and process-driven approach has allowed me to add significant value and provide clarity to what often can be highly complex human situations.
I Co-founded Opta Search with the view that we were not going to reinvent the wheel, but simply embrace the latest technology to provide a forward-thinking approach to the talent acquisition process.
